Richard Clark

Richard Clark is a global finance and transformation executive with more than four decades of experience leading finance, accounting, investor relations, and digital transformation. Clark’s career achievements reflect his commitment to advancing enterprise efficiency and innovation through data-driven decision making and governance excellence.

After a 39-year career with Accenture, he retired in 2023 as chief transformation officer. In that role, he guided development, design, and implementation of global change initiatives across the enterprise. Clark was Accenture’s chief accounting officer for 20 years, ensuring reporting accuracy and compliance. He also served as the firm’s corporate controller and senior managing director of investor relations, and sat on the Board of Managers at Accenture Federal Services, where he oversaw risk management and governance practices.

He currently serves as appointed board observer for Accenture Federal Services, sits on the Committee on Corporate Reporting for Financial Executives International (FEI), and chairs FEI’s ESG Subcommittee.

A Certified Public Accountant, Clark holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Stonehill College in North Easton, Mass., and a master’s in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Business.
