Michele Davis

I hold an M.S. in Health Administration from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and a B.A. in Social Work from Shippensburg University. With 30 years of healthcare experience, including 18 years in director and senior manager roles, I am a dedicated and practical healthcare leader with a proven track record of assessing, modifying, and implementing successful long-standing projects and programs. Currently, I serve as the Principal of Health Services Administration and Operations, where I lead the Performance Management Pillar for the NIH All of Us Research Program. My role involves overseeing the integration of performance management frameworks to ensure the successful engagement and retention of under-represented populations in biomedical research. I also support continuous program improvements and foster cross-learning initiatives among awardees.
