Building a National Cyber Information-Sharing Ecosystem

The authors discuss recommendations for building a national unclassified cyber information-sharing ecosystem based on lessons learned from the evolution of cyber information-sharing in the United States and case studies of three regional Information Sharing and Analysis Organizations (ISAOs). A trusted, independent, third-party provides the core with regional ISAOs serving as growth catalysts for a national information-sharing ecosystem that focuses on cyber defense and regional cyber economic development.​
