The invention generates large families of signals with for a variety of applications. An example is simultaneously using multiple transmit waveforms with minimum cross-talk and optimal bandwidth allocation. One advantage of the invention is that it provides greater flexibility in the design of new sequences, or waveforms, by replacing the manipulation of one-dimensional signals with the combined geometric and algebraic analyses of two-dimensional images.
