Securing and Maintaining Android with System Hooking (SMASH) can be used to quickly and securely modify and augment the Android operating system (OS) and applications. SMASH is a framework developed by MITRE's internal research program. It allows hook modules to make changes to Android apps and to the OS itself, while the system is running.
