Cyber resiliency and the Risk Management Framework (RMF) are two broad constructs, which at first glance appear to be orthogonal. But when advanced cyber threats are considered, cyber resiliency can be seen as essential to achieving the goals of the RMF. This paper presents several perspectives on the RMF, and indicates how cyber resiliency fits into the RMF from each perspective.
