As part of a strategy to leverage information and knowledge sharing across the corporation, MITRE's Knowledge Management Services Department has developed a billable "content capture" service for its customers. Information Analysts attend internal technical meetings, called Technical Exchange Meetings, or "TEMs," and report on the content of presentation and subsequent discussion and analysis that take place in that forum.
