TopCyberPro podcaster Jim West discussed with Jon Baker, director, MITRE Center for Threat-Informed Defense (CTID), how CTID is advancing the state of the art and state of the practice in cybersecurity defense. "We're doing collaborative research and development, where we publish everything that we do and make it open and freely available," said Baker. "Today, at the Center, we have 40 member organizations that are deliberately global, cross-sector, non-government, that we bring together to systematically identify a problem and solve it in a way that benefits the whole cyber community."
"In five years, we've grown to 40 members and published 39 research projects that are all open and available. It's all about making cyber defense more efficient and effective for the whole community," added Baker.
