Speaking with Mimi Geerges, host of Government Matters TV, MITRE’s Keoki Jackson emphasized how the U.S. must reinvigorate alliances with Pacific nations and use whole-of-nation thinking to counter China. Jackson said, “While the U.S. in general has allies, China has clients. If you look at their strategy, they’re making investments using the 'one-belt, one-road' initiative to insert their influence.”
