Wen Masters Named to Women in Security Forum’s Power 100

Women in security power 100

The Security Industry Association (SIA) named Wen Masters, vice president, cyber technologies, MITRE, to its Women in Security Forum’s (WISF) Power 100 class of 2023. The SIA WISF Power 100 program recognizes women in the security industry who are role models for actively advancing diversity, inclusion, innovation, and leadership.

Under Masters, MITRE’s cybersecurity efforts have been redirected and expanded into four innovation centers that harness the power and knowledge of more than 1,500 cybersecurity experts. Working together, these centers address the most difficult cybersecurity threats facing the nation.

Masters also is our corporate executive champion for Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS), as MITRE became an WiCyS Affiliate last year. As part of our executive team, she is helping to build a more diverse and inclusive workforce and to foster a culture of belonging where everyone can grow, thrive, and prosper.
