MITRE Named a "Great Place to Work" by Washingtonian Magazine
The MITRE Corporation has been named a "Great Place to Work" by Washingtonian magazine, an award-winning monthly magazine serving the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. This biennial survey rates 50 local area companies on a variety of measures, including pay and benefits, flexibility, and professional development opportunities.

Aviation Week Names MITRE a "Best Place to Work"
Aviation Week has ranked MITRE among the top 43 companies for aerospace and defense (A&D) professionals in its 2009 Workforce Study. MITRE received honors in all three categories—Technological Challenge (ranked second), Valuing the Individual/Diversity (ranked sixth), and Learning/Career Opportunity (ranked second)—a first since the study began in 2004. Categories were based on criteria deemed important by readers of the leading aviation and aerospace industry magazine.

Computerworld Names MITRE a "Best Place to Work in IT" for Fifth Year in a Row
The MITRE Corporation is pleased to announce that IDG's Computerworld has selected it as one of the country's top workplaces for IT professionals. This marks the fifth consecutive year the company has been included on the weekly magazine's annual "Best Places to Work in IT" list. MITRE ranked 37 out of 100 companies recognized for their outstanding environments for technology staffers and ranked third overall for employee training opportunities. A not-for-profit organization, MITRE was specifically cited for its retirement plan, which includes a phased retirement option. Employees also praised the company's flexible work arrangement program.

MITRE Named to FORTUNE's "100 Best Companies to Work For" List for Eighth Straight Year
The MITRE Corporation is pleased to announce that it has been selected for FORTUNE's 2009 list of "100 Best Companies to Work For"ૼmarking the company's eighth consecutive year on the annual list. The not-for-profit organization ranked 66 on the list, was named number four out of the top 10 businesses for encouraging employee work/life balance (up from number six), and earned sixth place for its low turnover rate of 4%. MITRE also ranked 18 out of 34 in the category of medium-sized companies.

MITRE Selected as one of Glassdoor.com's 50 Best Places to Work
Glassdoor.com has named The MITRE Corporation to its 50 Best Places to Work list. MITRE ranked number 24 on the career and workplace site's inaugural list of the top U.S. companies. The Employees' Choice Award winners were selected from more than 11,000 companies reviewed by nearly 75,000 employees who completed a 20-question survey.

MITRE Named to "Best Places to Work in IT" List for Fourth Consecutive Year
International Data Group's Computerworld has named The MITRE Corporation to its annual list of "Best Places to Work in IT" for the fourth year in a row. MITRE ranked fourth overall out of the 100 companies selected, placing the not-for-profit organization in the list's coveted top five spots. MITRE received additional recognition for training (ranked fourth) and retention (ranked tenth).

MITRE Named to FORTUNE's "100 Best Companies to Work For" List for Seventh Consecutive Year
The MITRE Corporation is pleased to announce that it ranked number 42 on FORTUNE's 2008 list of "100 Best Companies to Work For." The designation marks MITRE's seventh consecutive year on the magazine's annual list and represents a jump from number 60 in 2007. Among medium-sized companies, MITRE ranked 13.
